Q: Are your products safe and eco-friendly?

A: Absolutely! Your pet’s health and safety are our top priorities. All of our products are eco-friendly, made from sustainable materials, and completely free from harmful chemicals, toxins, or bad plastics. We only offer what we would trust with our own pets!

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes between 6 to 9 business days.

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Yes, absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time.

Q: Will my items arrive in one package?

A: To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple items are occasionally shipped separately. If this happens, don't worry—you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Q: What should I do if I need to change my shipping address?

A: Please contact our support team immediately if you notice a mistake in your shipping details. Since we aim to dispatch orders quickly, we can only make changes if your package hasn't left our facility yet.
